Barbara Tenzer
Barbara established Tenzer Commercial Brokerage Group Inc. in 1989. Tenzer Commercial is one of the only Commercial Real Estate Companies solely owned and operated by a woman.

Barbara's primary focus is the Promenade as well as Downtown Santa Monica. Her specialty is retail and office leasing as well as commercial sales. Over the past 28 years, Barbara has sucessfully completed  more transactions in Downtown Santa Monica than any other Broker.

Barbara organized the first Property Owners Association, Merchants Association and Restaurant Association for the Promenade and  Downtown Santa Monica. She is the GO TO person for the City of Santa Monica, if they want to know what is happening in Downtown.

Barbara was voted on to the Board of Directors for Downtown Santa Monica Inc, by the property owners, which is a non-profit organization that helps manage services, operations and marketing for  the downtown. Barbara was the Chair of DTSM for the past two years and is known as the most knowledgeable and respected Broker in the downtown Santa Monica area.


John Fremont
John has an in-depth knowledge of real estate. While he specializes in retail and restaurant leasing he has sold hotels and many owner-user properties. He has a unique talent in understanding the needs of his clients and has been able to put together complicated purchases that also include the sale of businesses. He has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. He knows how to find the deals and make deals. He has completed leases and sales throughout greater Los Angeles and beyond, and has a detailed knowledge of Santa Monica.


Nicole Riedman
Nicole Riedman is a native of Los Angeles, graduating from Chapman University,  with a major in Public Relations & Advertising. For the past five years she has been working as a commercial real estate Broker Associate.  Nicole specializes in retail and restaurants. She comes from a long line of real estate developers starting from her grandfather. Growing up in Long Beach, CA, going to school in Orange County, CA and moving to Los Angeles has given her a broad perspective of the southern California real estate market.  She has an innate ability to assess the needs of her clients in order to help them determine which would be the best market for their business.


Rana Zeyada
Rana comes from a diverse background. She majored in Mass Communications in 2008 and worked in the advertising industry for five years developing major brands. She then went on to become a freelancer in costume and design. Rana decided to use all of her prior experience to transition into the real estate industry. She is presently working as the Office Manager and is in the process of obtaining her real estate license.
