Barbara Tenzer
Barbara has been in the real estate business since 1979. She obtained her Broker's License in 1984 and established Tenzer Commercial Brokerage Group, Inc. in 1989. Barbara's primary focus is the Promenade as well as the downtown Santa Monica area. Her specialty is retail leasing and commercial sales. Over the last 12 years, Barbara has successfully completed a majority of the retail and sale transactions in the downtown Santa Monica area.
John Fremont
John has an in-depth knowledge of real estate. While he specializes in retail and restaurant leasing he has also sold hotels and many owner-user properties. He has a unique talent in understanding the needs of his clients and has been able to put together complicated purchases that also include the sale of businesses. He has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area and in New York City. He knows how to find the deals and make deals. He has completed leases and sales throughout greater Los Angeles and beyond, and has a detailed knowledge of Santa Monica.
Neil Davda
Neil has been involved in numerous office and retail real estate transactions. Neil is very client focused and detail oriented. These characteristics have enabled him to professionally manage complicated commercial real estate transactions for our clients. Prior joining Tenzer Commercial, Neil had worked for a major shopping center Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) based out of Santa Monica. Neil earned his MBA from USC with emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. Neil has been a California Real Estate Licensee from more than 20 years.

Tom Vicount
Tom is a longtime Santa Monica resident, who understands the city’s unique dynamics and demographics. Before beginning his real estate career Tom enjoyed a rewarding 12-year career with the Santa Monica Red Cross where he was deployed to some of the biggest disasters in American history. During this time Tom was also involved with a number of community organizations, including the Santa Monica Kiwanis and Santa Monica Police Activities League. Tom brings a wealth of local knowledge as well as and a passion for excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction to Tenzer Commercial Brokerage.
