BARBARA TENZER
Barbara Tenzer established Tenzer Commercial Brokerage Group Inc. in 1989. Tenzer Commercial is one of the only Commercial Real Estate Companies solely owned and operated by a woman. Barbara is known as the most knowledgeable and respected Broker in Santa Monica.
Barbara's primary focus is the Promenade as well as Downtown Santa Monica. She has vast experience in dealing with retailers, restaurants, office leasing and commercial sales. Over the past 30 years, Tenzer Commercial has successfully completed more sale and lease transactions in Downtown Santa Monica than any other brokerage company.
Barbara organized the first Property Owners, Merchants and Restaurant Associations. She worked with the city, property owners and tenants to create the Third Street Promenade, which opened in 1989.
Barbara was Chair of the Downtown Santa Monica Board of Directors, for two years, during her 10-year term from 2008 to 2018.

Luke Cain
Luke is a native of Santa Monica, CA, graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a major in Strategic Communications. Having grown up in the restaurant business, Luke is aware of the difficulties within the industry and how to combat them. He has a deep knowledge of the needs of restaurateurs as well as how to place retailers in locations that will bring them the greatest sales. He knows the importance of good communication, understands the needs of the young generation and and enjoys the challenge in todays market.

NICOLE RIEDMAN
Nicole is a native of Los Angeles, graduating from Chapman University, with a major in Public Relations & Advertising. She has been working as a commercial real estate Broker Associate since 2012. Nicole specializes in retail and restaurants. She comes from a long line of real estate developers starting from her grandfather. Growing up in Long Beach, CA going to school in Orange County and moving to Los Angeles has given her a broad perspective of the southern California real estate market. She has an innate ability to asses needs of her clients in order to help them determine which be the best market for their business.
